Good book, Not 5 star because e-book is not formatted properly, felt let down reading on the tablet.
Content is good.
Good information and interesting facts about one of the legends of bodybuilding, straight from Frank himself.
Excellent book from one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time. Very well written and packed with valuable information.
Easy to read and use!
Interesting to know the way he did things in his prime and now. I’d liked to see his view on volume training versus HIT, rest-pause, negatives, pre-exhaust, etc.
Also missing is how to train for right-left asimmetry, specially because he’s so well known for simmertry and proportion.
Well, one for the best bodybuilders ever, long trayectory and logical training aproach . Frank Zane is really a great kwoledgeble man, and his advise, tips on training are amazing .
I would really recomend anything that comes from Zane. After a shoulder injury that kept me away from gym for 6 months , reading his journal i realized what i was doing wrong. I live by less is more principle now and an amazing progress i am making . A must have !!
Frank Zane, a myth of bodybuilding.
As someone else mentioned, the book is filled with golden nuggets for the more advanced lifter, but is also a very thorough guide for lifters of all levels.
Frank's style of writing is interesting and keeps your interest on the page.
I felt that I learnt a lot of practical advice and I was constantly feeling honored to read Frank Zane's personal advice on bodybuilding.
